- Family Portraits: On average, we can comfortably capture about 6–8 groupings in 15 minutes. To keep things efficient, provide us with a detailed family photo list in advance so we know how much time to allot for. (see below)
- Golden Hour Portraits: This soft evening light creates some of the most stunning, romantic images of the day. We’ll help you plan to step away for 10–15 minutes during golden hour.
- Flatlays & Details: Have your invitation suite, rings, shoes, and any sentimental items ready for us when we arrive so we can style and photograph them beautifully without interrupting the flow of the morning. Details take about 30 minutes and this is captured while you are getting ready.
- Weather: Outdoor photos are wonderful, but weather can be unpredictable. We’ll work with you to create a backup plan if needed so you can relax no matter what.
- Scheduling: Leave cushion time in your day. Things like bustling a dress, moving guests from one location to another, or greeting family can take longer than expected. Building in buffer time helps keep your day calm and enjoyable.
